China Lilongwe Grand Holding Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “China Grand Holding”) was registered on 27^th August 2015 in Lilongwe, capital city of the Republic of Malawi. In order to achieve China dream and enterprise dream, respond the initiative of “the belt and road”, China Grand Holding is funded and established by Shanxi Chuandong Construction Group and Shanxi Changfeng Construction Limited and already acquired the legal procedures from both governments.

The main shareholders of China Grand Holding are Chinese citizens and all of them are entrepreneurs and also main shareholders of those two companies. Shanxi Changfeng Construction Limited located in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, has 8 subsidiaries under it and industries involved include real estate development, construction, roads and bridge, water and electricity; Shanxi Chuandong Construction Group located in Lvliang City, Shanxi Province has 12 subsidiaries and their main products are cement, steel, construction materials, hardware, equipments, stationeries etc. All these companies and subsidiaries are located in Shanxi Province and the fixed assets what they own is more than USD 1billion and have more than 10 years experience in construction and infrastructure fields as well. Grand Business Park is invested by these companies; meanwhile, it is worthy to mention that they made decision to invest in Malawi due to after attending the first Malawi Investment Forum in 2015 invited by Malawi Embassy in China. And then they did a lot of research and went to many places of Malawi and decided to launch Grand Business Park project which is their first project in Africa.
